Snack Attack - Mombasa

The pizza here used to be decent, but about six months ago, I received a pizza with foul-smelling cheese, which made me hesitant to order again until today. I usually wait six months before giving a restaurant a second chance to see if things have improved. Today, I ordered a large Margherita and a Vegetarian pizza. After 45 minutes of waiting and wondering where my pizza was, I decided to call the restaurant. They informed me that the delivery rider was tied up with another order much further away, despite my delivery location being just two minutes from the restaurant. I didn’t want a cold pizza, so I specifically requested that they send a fresh order instead of reheating one. A few minutes later, the restaurant called back to say that the rider’s bike had a puncture but would arrive shortly. Unfortunately, one hour and two minutes after I initially placed my order, the rider finally arrived—with the wrong order.

I waited 30 minutes for a burger, fries, and some chicken, only to receive a dry and cold burger. This is unacceptable, especially given the prices they charge. I would recommend going to KFC, Java House, or Chop It Express instead, as other customers have also mentioned long wait times.

I believe they have the most courteous and efficient staff in Mombasa. They are always punctual with orders and the food is consistently excellent.

Great place with very modern innovative fast food. I was on vacation in Mombasa and I really enjoyed it. have they been coming back?

Food was great, but they need to speed up with their service, as it is a fast food.
