Bannisters Pavilion is an exceptional hotel. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff have been great.

Fantastic family getaway to the South coast We drove south in January to enjoy a family getaway at Bannisters Pavilion. For me it was all about relaxing and enjoying family time. The choice of visiting Bannisters for the first time was outstanding. This boutique hotel offers full service and you can virtually relax the whole day on site: great and crafty breakfast, all day bar, pool and dining. The staffs are very friendly and always ready to help. It was quite busy in particular for mid week so it certainly says something: easily 100 diner on a Tuesday night is would please any restaurant in Sydney : The hotel itself is immaculate, modern and airy looking/design. Relaxing and refreshing in line with the local vibes. We were staying in a Penthouse Suite which is large, immaculate and again, great feel about being in there. The decoration is very thoughtful and the gas chimney would be a good addition during winter times. The guest parking right below also enhance the effortless feel about the place. Unfortunately I do not remember any names as I was probably too relax. I however want to point out the General Manager Mr. Rupert Sakora service and effort at breakfast which again goes along way. As we were using a special rate 'support the south ' we also have 2x $50 vouchers to spend locally which was of course a bonus. The bottom line is: we will definitely come back and bring more people the next time. You 'll be hard pressed to find a better hotel in Sydney in you are looking a family retreat. I strongly recommend people to visit this great hotel.

Our evening was truly fantastic. The restaurant was well-prepared for COVID, and both the patrons and staff followed the necessary guidelines! It’s a great example of how to navigate these challenging times. We had a delicious meal and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We will definitely be returning!
