Starbucks - Moline

Don't go here unless you want to explain to them your very simple drink just for them to do something different. All the while, they argue with you about it. Waste of money at this one. Smh.

My caramel ribbon crunch frappe was completely melted with no crunch, and they got my girlfriend's coffee order wrong. We had to wait for them to fix it, and the service took forever. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Was just there on my way back from running home to get more baby supplies for my wife and twin girls that were just born. I asked the very polite young lady what would be good for my exhausted wife and she recommended a dragonfly lemonade. She really helped us out in a time of need. If you're the young woman reading this thank you so much ????.

I've been to most of the QC Starbucks and I find this one to have the most friendly service and consistently made drinks.

I am giving this rating based on the exceptional performance of one woman who was single-handedly carrying the entire staff at the restaurant. The other seven employees seemed to be lacking motivation and urgency, leaving her to run around and serve drinks while the rest appeared inexperienced and confused. The service was slower than expected due to this lack of teamwork and proper management. Despite the shortcomings of the staff, the hard-working woman deserves recognition and possibly a raise for her exceptional efforts. Although I did not catch her name, she stood out for her organization and dedication to providing the best service possible.
