フィードバックを提供するWe stayed at this place, the service is good but the pizza and raw materials used are not excellent. The tomato has an acidic aftertaste, the pizza is discreet but is too burned. I recommend improving raw materials and cleaning the plate more often besides not burning pizzas and revising the preparation technique of the dough. A little arranged and managed badly
With the visit to the restaurant I returned to my childhood. I found the flavors of once without the too many modern revisitations that are sometimes dripping making unrecognizable traditional dishes. We started with an appetizer based on local meats and cheeses, all tasty. The first was a “Paccozzelle and Broccoli”, a homemade pasta with broccoli sauted garlic oil and chili, in their very tasty simplicity. The second is a classic grilled lamb, this also very good. We ended with sweets (thyramisù and dark blue). Good value for money.
Disaster evening: order pizzas and beer plus 4 cuts of meats and cheeses to be divided into 8 people. They ask us if we bring the appetizers first and we say: No, take it all together, and the waiter tells us it'll take a little time... 20 minutes for everything... And here begins our wait! After about an hour and a half we ask how long it will take to have at least the meats... Playing someone says: If you need, I'll go to the kitchen and slice... And the waitress says, And go! 10 more minutes and the appetizers arrive. But we asked everything together... Salumi and pizza! For the pizza we will have to wait again, but the surprises will not be finished, since, compared to what we remembered the quality of the dough has fallen considerably: heavy and gummy! The order of a dish of chips has been forgotten... They arrived after we had already finished the pizzas... Finally we paid regularly, and we were still seated to chat. One of us went up to get an ice cream for his baby, paid the Cornetto, went back to chat with everyone wearing ice cream. After a few minutes the waitress comes to ask us: Are the ice creams paid? Injuring also our dishonesty. In short, poor food quality, bad and rude service... I must say that we had a different memory at least of the quality of the pizza, but now also that came less. We're not coming back!
I pray that being of the place should not be absolutely a privilege, but not even a condemnation. Description of the evening: we arrive at 22, after being accommodated spend about 15 minutes before, after solicitation, a waiter arrives to take the ordination. Order 4 pizzas, a bottle of water and a beer. He spends an hour and a half, several people begin to get up. After telling us that it would take another 20 minutes (to remember the curfew at midnight) we decide that it is time to leave. In the account is also included the cover (I would be ashamed). That said, I strongly recommend this place to those who want to go to a pizzeria/restaurant to eat within 3-4 hours. Ps: a table next to us had not even received the appetizer within 2 hours 15 minutes.
I returned to Molinara after 22 years and I ate a pizza with my family and my aunt who has been in the place for more than 80 years. Really good. Excellent external location integrated in the old town rebuilt after the earthquake of '62. Very suggestive. I recommend it for those who want to spend an evening in tranquility, silence and suggestive environment.
