フィードバックを提供するI waited the next day to write the review to be able to evaluate digestibility. All right! Very kind walkers, characteristic local, wide choice of pizzas, excellent dough. It wasn't the usual pizzas, but it looked like 2 works of art. The price is slightly altinous but is valid for quality. Congratulations. We will return to taste the first.
As from title, I can assure you that the waiting for pizza was worth it. We have mostly pizza that has a soft and digestible dough, with excellent quality ingredients. We had to wait about 35 Min to have pizzas but given the full club I think we can stay. It would be a return to taste the dishes of the kitchen.
Evening with friends. Table reservation at 22.30, we sit at 23.00. So far everything is okay to be a Saturday night in a pizzeria near the port of Molfetta. After sitting down, we notice that at other tables arrived after us the order is taken before us, without any booking/order of arrival. After recalling the attention of the waiters several times, we can finally order. After the order, which took place at about 23.20, the most total nothing. Ritardi in bringing glasses and cutlery (often found by the pizzeria side as they had sold out), several tables with spaced people threatening to leave. After 1 hour of waiting, here comes at 00.15 at last our pizzas, a normal pizza like so many others in the surroundings that absolutely does not justify the wait. At the end of dinner, here's the cherry on the cake. A bitter is offered to remedy the delays of the evening. Well, this bitter (obviously hot eh) is then inserted into the account, other than offered. Never had worse experience than this. Absolutely local!
Expected nauseating for pizzas. Well two hours of waiting while other people, sitting after an hour received the pizzas half an hour before us, zero explanations and continuous teasing by the waiters, the wait continued even in cash with a remarkable slowness
Expected to be able to enter a little too long (despite the reservation) and small room. The pizza dough is very special, different from what you eat habitually (remember the cereal) and affects at the time of tasting. I personally prefer the most common dough in pizzerias. It may please or not, but it is to try.
