The service at this restaurant was exceptional, and the food was delicious. I will definitely return! Initially, I was hesitant about trying a chain restaurant, but I decided to give it a chance last minute. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The booking process was unique, with a robot named Claire handling the reservations. Despite my preference for speaking with real people, Claire did a great job and I received an immediate confirmation text. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our dining experience enjoyable. They even called ahead to inform us about a potential delay in serving our roast dinner, but we were fortunate enough to receive it on time. The portion sizes were generous, and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. The turkey was moist, though I would have preferred crispier potatoes and parsnips. Overall, the meal was good value for money and we felt very comfortable and at home. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, providing an engaging experience for children. My son especially enjoyed the build-it-yourself cheesecake, which was unique and affordable. While there were no coloring activities provided, it did not affect our experience. The price per person is between £10-20, and I would highly recommend trying the Sunday roast. There is ample parking available, and it is free of charge.

Our party of 5 had a wonderful lunch experience at this restaurant. Our Brazilian waitress, Daphne, was incredibly helpful and attentive, providing top-notch customer service. The menu had a nice variety and was reasonably priced, with the added bonus of a specials menu. While the seafood grill was delicious, I would have liked to see some vegetables or salad included with the dish, instead of just fish and potatoes. Pretty standard chef and brewer pub. This is a very niche comment, but the Korean chicken starter was not as good as I've had in other chef and brewer pubs it was missing the sauce and vegetables. It was literally just a skillet of chicken wings. That aside, the pub was fine. Not much of an atmosphere as there weren't many people there (so great if you like it quiet). Food was fine, nothing really to comment on. Service was fantastic, our waiter was charismatic and friendly and even gave us a free bottle of prosecco to celebrate my grand in laws wedding anniversary. Good menu, good service, good experience. We had vouchers so got a significant discount! Parking: There's plenty of parking. Might struggle if the restaurant is absolutely heaving. But most days I'd say it wouldn't be a problem.
