This restaurant had the most delightful staff! Everyone, from the cashier to the ones who brought out our ice cream, was incredibly welcoming. The cashier even gave my daughter a balloon, which was such a nice touch! The ice cream was delicious, and the place was both clean and frequently visited.
The interior of the restaurant is often closed for reasons that are unclear, and they frequently seem to be out of basic items. On my last visit, for instance, they were out of milk. I ended up ordering a milkshake, which, while I enjoyed it, was quite expensive and rather ordinary.
This restaurant's customer service has really declined. The staff is unfriendly and lacks motivation, and the place is often closed for walk-in customers. They won't allow pedestrians to use the drive-thru, which doesn't make any sense. Additionally, I noticed that the manager, the only person wearing a black shirt, kept staring at my friend and me for quite a while after we placed our online order. We waited 25 minutes, which is excessive given that it typically takes just 20 minutes for a simple order like that.
I would hope no one could get in trouble for this and I don?t think anyone should but I saw some of the cool pins people are wearing in there and I asked if they sold them and they said no they don?t and I was like OK just asking. Then I was handed my shake, spoon, then lastly a little bag with a ice cream pin. Was having the worst day on a roof, setting solar panels in hot weather and that gesture turned my whole day around with that. Just head to toe washed a bad day away.
