Burger King - Mokena

The restaurant's hours claim they close at midnight, but when I arrived at the drive-thru at 10:30 PM, I was informed they were already closed. The staff mentioned that Google had the hours wrong and that they actually close at 11 PM.

This has typically been my favorite restaurant, known for its excellent customer service. However, my recent visits have been disappointing due to excessively long wait times. On one occasion, I saw an employee washing his car outside, and then he went straight to work without changing his clothes. That felt very unsanitary. Additionally, another staff member coughed into his gloves and rubbed them together, only changing them after I mentioned it. I ended up requesting a refund for my order. Overall, this location has really declined.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and cool the atmosphere was. The service was exceptional, and the food was outstanding. Both my kids and I give it high praise!

The staff here are super rude and ignorant. Every time I come here to pick up an order they take forever just to take your order in the drive-through. They ignore you when you come inside. There’s barely any staff. The management of this store needs a better update.
