El Jefe Baja Grill - Mojave

I had the steak fajitas. There was plenty of food. All ingredients were fresh and well prepared. The chips and salsa could have been a little more plentiful.

I've consistently had a great experience at this restaurant during my snowboard trips to Mammoth over the past three years. I usually stick with breakfast because, well, why not? They also offer pizza and various other items, but being from NYC, I've never tried those and don’t plan to. Still, I see a lot of people ordering them! It’s a great idea to support a local spot and enjoy some delicious food.

The restaurant is quite nice! I've driven past it many times, but I finally decided to give it a try. I ordered the chiles rellenos and a quesadilla. I do wish the seats were a bit more cushioned, but overall, I'm satisfied with my experience.

I've visited this restaurant many times and have never encountered any issues. I absolutely love the food, and the micheladas look amazing. The staff is fantastic too.
