Davvero nessuna critica per questo ristorante. I piatti sono eccezionali, originali e ben bilanciati. Voglio tornare. Le opzioni vegane sono numerose e molto varie, e tutto è fatto in casa, dalla ricotta di canapa al seitan, fino alla ricotta di mandorle. Consigliatissimo!

We visited this restaurant for lunch on 6. January 2023. It's one of the best vegan restaurants we've ever tasted. Charming staff. Excellent selection of wine. Everything was perfect. We can't wait to return. #Veganuary

Singola serves local, organic food and drinks in a unique location. People are welcoming, beautiful and fun and have the greatest passion for vegetarian/vegan cuisine and accompanying wines. The dishes are excellent and offer beautiful turns on local classics as well as sicilianized versions of foreign dishes, such as sushi. If you sit outside, you are surrounded by beautiful nature in their lovingly cared garden. It is a magical place if definitely check it out in the area!
