This is a local restaurant that I adore and continue to support. I highly recommend trying the Serrano Mocha - it's a perfect blend of spice, coffee, and chocolate. They have seating available above the bar, up the stairs, making it a great spot to unwind and catch up with local friends. The realtor who brought in a Starbucks just down the street should feel ashamed. It's important to support local businesses like this one.

I would give this restaurant 4.5 stars. It was a nice time out for my family to have coffee after lunch. We ordered two Big kid hot chocolates with cinnamon, a vanilla latte with almond milk, and a mocha. My mocha was smooth and had a good taste, while the kids enjoyed their hot chocolates. We visited this downtown Modesto cafe on a chilly afternoon. It was a cozy and clean place to hang out for a bit. Overall, I would recommend this place for a relaxing time out with your loved ones. I got a double shot macchiato and my wife had gotten the espresso. The first sip and you get all the coffee flavor and it is strong. Not a huge coffee drinker but this will definitely wake you up. Taste good too

Super nice folks, great drinks. Carrot cake and lemon merengue tart were amazing! Funky bathroom situation and cool upstairs seating part of the charm.
