Piccadilly Deli Sandwich Shop - Modesto

This is hands down the best sandwich/soup place in downtown. Excellent quality and very reasonable cost. Their cookies are warm and fresh made. Perfect for a very good lunch time meal and it does not hurt the wallet at all.

They close at 3 but get your ice cream before they do!!! Lol

I've walked by this place several times in 23 years, and finally went in last week. Their sandwiches are great!

Honestly. the prices here are amazing . the atmosphere is welcoming. even tho its the busy part of town. i basically sleep/breath my job, hardly any contact with people. so it feels good walking into a place that always a smiles at you. the service is amazing. they basically stole me from Picasso's Gourmet Deli. this is my 3rd home away from home.

Just stopped by a few minutes ago and I devoured my sandwich lol. First time here and it was good. I got the Pancho villa. I'll have to come back again and try another sandwich. I love sandwiches. Alot.
