フィードバックを提供するI was looking for a meat restaurant in the center of Modena and everyone recommended Officine della Senape to me. The room is furnished in a simple, modern way. Refined, but not excessively. Very friendly and non-insistent staff. Rich menu, you'll be spoiled for choice. After a taste of the tomato soup offered, I decided to try a tartare with shank and saffron rice wafer, truly special! Great! Followed by CBT beef (55 degrees), very tender, perfectly cooked. Deliberately bitter condiments. Glass of sangiovese and water. Bill: €51, price ok!

Pleasant experience in the center of Modena. Personally I noticed that the cuts served as an appetizer seemed to be more minced than prepared with a knife, which affected the texture of the meat, not really to my liking. However, the overall flavor was still good. The gallows meat, although cooked rare, was not tender enough for my tastes; and I would have appreciated an extra slice of bacon. The basmati rice served with the forked meat, seasoned with the meat juices and fats, was very tasty. The price is average and the atmosphere of the place is pleasant.
