Ketchie Creek Bakery - Mocksville

Ketchie Creek Bakery consistently impresses with its offerings. From biscuits, cupcakes, and brownies to lemon bars, sliced cakes, pound cakes, and specialty cakes, everything is delicious and beautifully crafted. I once ordered a custom cake that was adorned with stunning floral designs, and it looked just like the lovely napkin it was inspired by. I also enjoy their salads and deli items, which I’m sure are all fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the shop has a charming selection of gift ideas and cards. If you haven't been yet, you definitely need to check it out!

Oh my gosh! I absolutely love this place! Everything is so delicious! Their mango smoothie is fantastic! The brownies are always fresh, moist, and topped with icing. The woman I spoke with went above and beyond to customize my son's brownies for his birthday, even though the Clemmons branch doesn't have a cake decorator. She was so helpful, and my son was thrilled with the results.

This large bakery/café in Mocksville offers a fantastic selection of pastries and espresso drinks. The sandwich menu looks appealing, though I haven't had the chance to try it myself. I visited frequently and never had a negative experience. They've opened up their dining area for customers to enjoy their meals on-site. Just note that you’ll need to place your order at the counter, as there isn't table service.

A little too expensive for quality but always a pleasure in. Staff are always young. But all in all food is always on point just wish that they have a little price because it is a little extreme. They make pretty cakes, but the taste of these cakes are not on the point. Now their special cakes in the front counter are always delicious, but again something too high.

Yesterday on our way home from the Fourth of July holiday we stopped half way in Mocksville. A few miles of the I40 interstate this place did not disappoint. It was well worth the short jaunt for fresh food, a place to sit and talk, lovely iced lattes, and fun boutique to browse in. We will make Ketchie Creek Bakery our permanent half way stop from now on!!
