Wendy's - Mobile

The customer service was friendly, but there was a mix-up with my order. I requested a soft, fresh cookie, but I received an old, hard one instead. I had asked for two cookies but only got one. However, the staff was responsive and fixed the issue.

The situation in the city is quite frustrating. The cashier who worked the drive-thru on August 27, 2022, at 11:00 was extremely rude and really lacked any customer service skills. I decided to leave because I didn't want to spend my money at a place where the manager treats customers poorly. In my opinion, if they don't enjoy their job, they should consider finding something else.

I attempted to order a salad but was informed that they didn't have any. I checked with other nearby places before heading out, and they all offered salads. It seems this restaurant was just too lazy or unwilling to prepare them! That's really disappointing if it's true!

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. They had no salads and no frosty's. The lady taking my husbands order cut him off before he could even finish. She was extremely rude and barely said 2 words to him when he picked up his food. Also asked for a receipt and crackers for the chili both of which we did not receive. Then I get home to this. If I'm paying for the food, I expect it to be full. This place is a joke.

This is the Wendy’s downtown on 90 in the 900s block. The people who work there are always very nice. It’s a fast food restaurant so it is what it is, but the workers try hard and deliver the best they can, and they are pleasant, so that’s worth a lot.
