Taco Bell - Mobile

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I waited in line for 25 minutes without a single car moving in front of me; there were 3 cars ahead and 7 behind me. I wish I could exit this drive-thru. The service is rude, the quality is low, and it's painfully slow, especially when it's not busy. I will never return. They need to hire staff who actually want to work.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was impressively clean. I enjoy both the food and the people here. As one of their HVAC technicians, I can confidently say this place is one of the best! I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5.

Drive-thru experience: The staff was polite and double-checked my order. The food was hot and possibly fresh! I didn’t receive a spork and had to ask for condiments. I picked the right line and got in and out quickly. Overall, a great experience!

Low customer service. we went up and the lady asked us to go ahead with our command, so we did. we have told them our whole order and she will laugh again on the microphone and says « ok what they want «. I never come back to this.

I always go through drive thru in evening and get same order and person. She is always professional and thorough. Something changed and def for the better!!
