フィードバックを提供するI ordered two tuna footlongs online because of the $12.99 deal for two. When I arrived, there were about three people in line, with another customer being served. Unfortunately, there was only one employee working. I was informed that they had run out of tuna and needed to change my order. I have to say that the worker did a great job making my sandwiches and was very clean. However, he seemed overwhelmed and stressed, which is understandable given that he was the only one serving all those customers. This experience led me to give a rating of three stars.
The food tasted terrible; both my husband and I only managed to take two bites before we had to throw it away, and we felt nauseous afterwards. For $25, it was definitely not worth it! To top it off, the sandwich wasn’t even cut in half, and I didn’t even see where the knives were since he didn’t use one. When I asked for a receipt, he responded, "Oh, we don’t have any paper." I will not be returning to this Subway again! Having worked at Subway before, I was truly upset with the state of this location. I would give it a zero if I could!
This is like the 3rd time the food came out inedible. And no matter what subway I go into the employees always complain and talk about quitting, you have to wonder if it's the franchise and not the employees when it's so many stores. This one wasextra bad
Most of the time Subway is great just don't order through doordash because Subway forgets to add cheese to door dash orders
The female assistant manager at the subway is extremely rude. Her behavior is negatively impacting the business. Subway should consider letting her go. Her attitude is terrible, and she is unwilling to listen to any feedback.
