Rock N Roll Sushi Midtown - Mobile

I've enjoyed sushi at other Rock N Roll Sushi locations and had excellent experiences. However, when I ordered my usual rolls here, they were nothing like I remembered. This was honestly the worst sushi I’ve ever had. If I hadn't had positive experiences at other locations, I would definitely be turned off from Rock N Roll Sushi altogether. The rolls I ordered were the Prima Donna Roll, Reggae Roll, and Spicy Crawfish Roll.

I ordered the combo platter along with the Jailhouse Roll, and it was the best sushi I've had in quite some time. The green drink was also delicious!

I had an excellent sushi experience during my visit. The fish was fresh and prepared exactly as I requested. There was only one server, but they managed to take care of all of us quite well. I was a bit surprised by the change in music; instead of the usual iconic tunes, we were treated to Sunday morning Megadeth and some silly Seattle boy bands.

They charged me for two meals when I ordered a combo. I ordered over the phone and my daughter picked up my order and she didn’t know what my order was she just picked it up for me, as soon as she brought it home I looked at the receipt and realized the order was wrong. I called the restaurant to let them know that it was a mix up and was told they wouldn’t refund me or fix my order once it left the store. This doesn’t sit well with me cause it was the restaurant mistake not mine. I will not be eating there again the food is too high for them to be making these kinds mistakes and not want to correct them.So to anybody who eats at this establishment I’m just giving you a heads up.

Hibachi was great, sushi was great, and above all Ashton was one of the best servers I've ever met! Tip her well!
