Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Mobile

I visited the drive-thru window on Monday night and found myself waiting for my order much longer than expected. I noticed the display showing the time and observed that there were quite a few staff members just standing around and chatting. It took over 17 minutes for my food to be ready, and they didn’t seem rushed to get it out. I ordered three kids' meals and one sandwich meal, and for $38, I know I can find quicker service elsewhere with better quality.

This was my first experience with Canes, and I was not disappointed! The food was incredible! The young lady who took my order was very friendly, too.

Many places try to make fried chicken fingers, but Cane's really knows how to do it right! The staff here is friendly, and both the restaurant and restrooms are kept clean. The sauce is fantastic, the slaw is delicious, and the Texas grilled toast is a real treat! The crinkle-cut fries are typically served hot and in generous portions. I’ll definitely take some pictures and give special shout-outs to a few team members on my next visit! #OneLove

I was disappointed. Visits to Cain's in other cities have been excellent visits. This visit the ice machine didn't work so they were scooping ice out of a bucket under the counter. Something was wrong with the drink machine because all of the drinks wereflat. The place could have been a little cleaner. The food was good though.

Many restaurants strive to create the perfect fried chicken fingers, and this place truly knows how to do it right! The staff here are friendly, and both the restaurant and restrooms are clean. The dipping sauce is fantastic, the chicken is crispy, and the Texas toast is delicious! The fries are usually generous and served hot. Next time, I’ll make sure to take pictures and give a shout-out to several team members for their great service!
