Moab Food Truck Park

Loves the Moab Food Truck Park! Perfect for lunch or dinner and we love the desserts! Have all food trucks tried now and they are all great love diversity! Definitely a must for every trip to Moab! (So good food and much faster than some restaurants in the city)

Tacos El Gordo is absolutely fantastic! You have to check it out. We spent two days in Moab and ended up eating from their food truck both times. The food is incredibly affordable and delicious! The shrimp taco was outstanding. We also tried some paninis from a nearby truck, and the “Pinch Me” smoothie was wonderfully refreshing. It's such a lovely spot with a wide variety of options to choose from!

I really wish we had something like this back home! My friend and I were exploring the area looking for a place to eat, but everywhere was just so crowded. This spot is amazing! It’s a park filled with games and music, surrounded by a circle of food trucks offering all sorts of delicious options. There’s even a place that makes mini donuts to order! Seriously, did I mention how much I wish we had this where I live?

The food here is fantastic! After my first dinner, I found myself passing this place every day on my way back from the Arches and Canyonlands. I tried Red Wok one night and Taco El Gordo the other two nights. At Taco El Gordo, I had the Crushed Burrito, while my daughter opted for tacos and my partner had quesadillas on both nights. At Red Wok, we enjoyed the fried rice and sweet and sour chicken, but I have to say, Taco El Gordo was the standout for me. There are so many options from the other food trucks as well. After spending a long day in the sun, the black cherry shaved ice was a perfect treat!
