Taco Bell - Missouri

So just went to taco bell and ordered 2 grilled cheese burritos. They were both cold and the cheese on top not even close to melted. Called taco bell and they would not refund it. They wanted me to drive back up there for them to remake it. Why would i do that for you all to Ef it up again and waste my gas. At that point you are already costing me more money. One freaking job. Do it better next time. Always a long line and slow service. Waited a half an hour with line not moving once and … – show

Food was not right after waiting 45mins in drive thru! Normally the service is good however I was told that the door dash orders took precedence over customers at the store!

Usually this Taco Bell is pretty fast and the workers know what they are doing. I ordered online for pick up (one single item). I went up there after 10 minutes expecting it to be done (it was almost 2:00 so I didn’t think it would be busy) I waited over 20 minutes to receive my PICK UP order. It was ridiculous especially since it was one item and the drive through line was moving

Understaffed waited thirty minutes to order. Never was able to order. One of the digital order machines were down. Run “away” from the border

I wish this place failed a health inspection to make the lines shorter. Probably the busiest and slowest Taco Bell I have ever seen.
