Selection was not good, very limited items for purchase. Left without buying anything.

Beautiful cake cupcakes. The delivery driver was right on time and super friendly. Our small cake was delicious but I took one star off because the cupcakes were so dry, nobody at our wedding liked them and we ended up throwing away half of what we ordered.

Totally overpriced for an 8” decorated cake….$40 for white cake/white icing with Happy Birthday written on it. They didn’t get the cake right, it was yellow when I cut into it. Same cake at Federhofers was $28. McArthurs lost a long-term customer.

I went in today to see what items I could grab to share with family. Apparently this is not the same bakery it was when I was young. No pastries or donuts, just cakes. Sad looking cakes at that. Sure, pre ordering a wedding cake might work for you....but this is not the McArthurs that I once knew and loved. I won't be back. Just heart breaking.
