Catfish Willy's - Missouri City

I've been going here for almost 20 years. The fish is always crunchy and crispy like I like it. They use cornmeal like at the house. It's always seasoned, not too salty not to bland. I go back ever so often when it's open. This is the best fried fish outside of my own kitchen. Pappadeaux needs to buy her recipe.

Owner needs to have better customer service. Menu on website states certain meals comes with drinks. I specifically ordered a kids meal just to get a drink which the menu says I could get one.... just to hear ,? no drink comes with kids meals!? Definitely too high for the quality of food! I will never return. Everything has to be ordered separately. To the owner and or worker that was in there when I came... fix your attitude because I?m spending MY money here.

I tried this place cause I saw it listed as a BOB and the reviews were good. I walked in and ordered and there was a 25-30 min wait (I should have called ahead). I ordered the special with the filet 3 shrimp. I ordered the 3 filets for my mom. My filet was very small but all 3 of my mom's were a nice size. ? I requested gumbo and peach cobbler but neither were available. The swamp water (cherry lemonade) was good. I wish it came in a larger size. The service food was good and I would definitely return.

Catfish Willy?s has THE BEST FISH in Houston HANDS DOWN! The staff is always warm and friendly. Everything I?ve ordered has always been flavorful and high quality. I can?t wait to go back!

This place is way overpriced. $27 for 2 pieces of catfish and 6 shrimp. No ac in the place, its hot as hell in here. NO drinks absolutely pathetic! The food was too salty and had no taste. Last time ever doing business here.
