Charged 10 cover on tacky IMO) then proceeded to tell us to seat ourselves in an area that wasn’t reserved. The only spot was next to another couple one of them who was literally sitting in an accent chair under a blanket like she was at home) in a common sitting area with no real table. The waiter gave us menus and disappeared . We waited about 25-30 Mins without any service so we decided to leave. Thank goodness they gave the cover back. I went to their old place as well and had a similar experience and vowed not to go again but my friends wanted to go in support of small business. I am all for that but this place was disappointing in service twice! Will not be visiting again!

I’m all for supporting a business but if the service is terrible I won’t return. Charging $10 to come inside of a restaurant to not sit but stand and pay for appetizers is asinine to me. I also tried paying cash and the waitress told me they didn’t have change when I just paid $10 cash at the door. The band was nice but that’s it. I will not be back. Food: 1

Nice place but the guy taking the money at the entrance door has zero people skills. This can hurt your business. I hope the owner reads this and takes action. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I really enjoyed the live band and the atmosphere. The food was really good also. Came out hot and fresh Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Chips and Dips, Happy Hour Wings

At B?s you feel at home! I love Raven being a very efficient and fantastic server! Their personality is amazingly strong and their customer service skills is excellent! This is not just a bar, but this is an adult playroom! Never a boring moment in B?s!! You must catch the Happy Hour!!
