The Montana Club - Missoula

We went to Missoula to do some shopping. Afterward the family was hungry and we thought we'd try the Montana Club restaurant, as we've eaten several times at the one in Kalispell and its always been great. We got to the restaurant at around 2:50, well past the lunch crowd. The establishment was NOT busy. We were seated promptly and the waitress was quick to get us some drinks and take our orders. Then the wheels came off the bus. We proceeded to sit there for the next 50 minutes. At 50 minutes the waitress came and said she was sorry and that she would talk to the manager. Another 15 minutes went by before we got our food. We ordered a Pesto Chicken sandwich, prime rib sandwich, bacon cheeseburger, and Bison burger. The Pesto sandwich was pretty bland and tasteless, but probably the most appropriately cooked meal. The two burgers were so over cooked they were not edible. My daughter left over half of it on the plate. My son's bison burger wasn't any better, only he did manage to choke it down as he was starving. That leaves the prime rib sandwich. It was over cooked, to the consistency of Jerky, was bland and cold. It was literally overcooked meat and a bun. It's the worst prime rib sandwich I've ever had. Needless to say, I can't and won't recommend this place. In the future, we will find someplace else to dine.

One of the best dining experiences I've ever had! The waiting staff was exceptional and incredibly attentive. The drinks were fantastic, and the food was thoughtfully prepared and burst with flavor. The bark class soup has officially become my favorite soup of all time, surpassing any I've ever tried. The only downside is that my new favorite soup is a staggering 21 hours away from my home!

I had the Steak Oscar, and it was absolutely amazing! It was served with just the right amount of seasoning, along with a fresh salad and steamed vegetables—both sides of my choice. For an appetizer, I had crab and wonton chips, which were delicious! Our server, Conner, was excellent; his management and timing were spot on. The chefs consistently delivered incredibly well-cooked meals time after time. The food and atmosphere were top-notch, making it a place I definitely want to return to. This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone craving burgers, seafood, steaks, or BBQ!

We are at this place in the last few years, while we are going to colorado. I don't think we ever had a better customer service. it is incredible how friendly and dedicated fun the personal is. eating was always brilliant, the happy hour is incredible that we are getting blown away. they need to have a fantastic training program, not to mention retention program as we have seen some of the same workers 4 years later. Oh, and you have to try the star martinis. just say!

Very nice restaurant with great food and lots of variety. the staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. there is a great atmosphere and the feeling for the restaurant that made us feel at home. we do not live in the opposite while we travel through. but we would definitely come back if we were to go back.
