Every time we go here, we remember that the customer service is terrible. not from the personal, but from the own. she always cries to the staff while they eat. any dispute over eating and she will argue with them about why they cannot agree with their care or not. eating is sometimes good, but if you dare to say that eating is not good too bad going anywhere else. if they give their teller of the wrong table, they take him to the kitchen and bring him to them immediately so that they think it is a new one. that's not it. that is against the policy of every restaurant. but cheap is cheap. even if the prices are not cheap for what they get. you should get out or just go somewhere else because God forbids them to understand their order wrong.

I've ordered myself through Epp food. eating came cold, order was wrong, and the quality of eating was very bad. take them pizza, smelling bark. the Burger-Backe was stale and it was a very bad gum-like texture, as if it had been frozen. strange, when I was eating personally two months ago, it was amazing to eat, not sure what happened this time. they also forgot to put pfefferoni on the pfefferchocolade! absolutely terrible. eating usually went to compost. I hope they'll be as good as in the march.

Mashallah everyone is really nice over there the workers and the nice old lady in the money. the food that I ordered was very top animal, sad dine in was not available to me and my other friends were not very satisfied, but with the meat lover pizza we bought I liked how they put the bottom beef under the cheese, it felt like a nicer surprise that I would like to say when they get medium sauce with honey garlic they go.

Can not describe how dissatisfied I am at this place, eating was terrible and much too overpriced, the beef bacon routine was like loading bought pommes, gravy shredded cheese and cut hot dogs, it had to throw away was absolutely terrible. ordered meat lovers pizza and wings, which were just okay nothing special definitiw not the prices they load. the workers there seemed annoying, as if they only wanted us to order and out, very terrible customer service skills, and terrible food at all do not recommend.

I went to this restaurant with my children and was greeted by a man and a woman at the counter, only to be rudely asked if I had already placed an order or was trying to order now. I told them I wanted to order right away, and they handed me a menu and told me to come back when I knew what I wanted so they could take my order. Even though they weren't busy, I felt like leaving and going somewhere else, but I decided to stay and get some food for my hungry kids. I ordered the meat lovers pizza, which only had two toppings (even though it's supposed to have a variety of meats), and it was just okay, definitely not worth $22 plus tax. The photo showed a beef bacon poutine, but what we got was a poutine with cut up hotdogs, and it was disappointing because most halal hotdogs are made of chicken. This felt like false advertising at its worst. I recommend saving your time, money, and self-respect by going to Pizza Pros instead. They have better customer service, food, and prices!
