Man where do I start. The food was exceptional and the steaks were done right at medium well the way I like them. Went out with a group 8 and spent a fortune. I have no complaints at all about this establishment but the prices are very high. Service was great over all and the atmosphere was suitable for a steak house. We tried all the steaks from 10-16 oz with sides. Chicken pasta and bolognese pasta were also great tasting. We just got one appetizer and that was jerk chicken nachos which were awesome. 8 different variety of steak main courses. Overall loved the experience!

I am deeply disappointed with my recent dining experience at your establishment. The issues encountered during my visit were regrettably numerous. Firstly, the stone used for serving steaks was excessively cold, resulting in a rapid drop in temperature of the meat and thereby compromising its intended flavor and texture.Additionally, the cold drinks served exhibited a disappointing flatness, lacking the desired effervescence that is characteristic of well-carbonated beverages. This oversight considerably detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal.Furthermore, the Caesar salad provided was marred by an excessive bitterness, rendering it unpalatable. This imbalance in flavors greatly detracted from the anticipated taste profile of the dish.Equally disheartening was the quality of service received. The lack of attentiveness and genuine concern for our dining experience was noticeable and disconcerting. It is perplexing that such a level of service is being offered, especially considering the premium prices associated with dining at your establishment.As a patron who holds high expectations for both cuisine and service, I am left questioning the value of the expenditure made, particularly when the delivered experience fell so markedly short of what was anticipated. It is my sincere hope that these concerns are addressed with the urgency and attention they merit, ensuring that future patrons are spared the disappointment that I encountered.

Had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Blackstone. Their new location is much more spacious. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was so so good. The taste was great and the portion sizes generous. It is a family restaurant so was very packed and bustling.I would also recommend their mocktails, I got a salt and a pepper Soda Water which was very good. Also the chocolate mouse was not very sweet and balanced out the heaviness of the meal.Would highly recommend.

Food was unique. Service was alright. Clearly understaffed. Everyone seemed stressed out. The larger female waitress doesn’t seem to like her job and seems easily annoyed when guests asks for items and makes requests. She should be reminded she works in hospitality role and requires certain level of customer service etiquette. Would come back because everyone else was nice

Had the steak on hot stones as well as braised ribs here. The steaks were good and loved the accompanying sauces as well. The ribs were a bit on the dry side and could have used more sauce. Their margarita lime mocktail was very good as well.
