The waiter took our order on pm we were one of the first people outside each got before us every thirty minutes of the waiter told us that it would not be too long after two hours, the waiter gave us our steaks them. were cold, the maic was lumpy and reheated and so was the poutine. at the end we were still hungry, as we had only half the meal and decided to go on a chicken and waffel place over the road, which I would recommend a total experience.

What is wrong with their customer service? we asked them twice to take our order and after waiting for minutes not a single server came. it was not very busy on a Saturday night. there were THREE servers that crossed our table and not one even asked if we wanted to drink something at all. we finally decided to go out and when we went out, we said the same guy who first complained that we go, he just shrug his shoulders and said ok. I will never be back and encourage others to do the same.

FOOD: Bland even when I picked the cajun blackened steak! The flavor is not even there ... not even on the surface of the meat. The mushroom on top tasted fresh and canned! The calamari was definitely out of a box as they were so...thick, bland and .. well tasted like out of a box. Poor! SERVICE: The service was ok ... closer to your typical tip type of service. LOCATION/AMBIANCE: Argentia Rd in Mississauga in an industrial zone! Not much happening ... OVERALL EXPERIENCE: Very average ... overpriced for the quality ... our bill was for adults and kids sharing plates, an appetizer and drinks!

The name has changed in jaffys, but the quality and taste is still the same. we ordered rib eyes steaks and it was really good. recommend medium rare the meat was very well seasoned. service was also very good. in any case recommend.

Eating is always good. beautiful portion sizes and if they are looking for halal steaks and bark ribs, this is a good place.
