フィードバックを提供するI arrived at the restaurant around 8:50, but found that it was closed. The employee seemed to be trying to ignore me so I would leave. Eventually, I decided to go on my way, and the employee informed me that they do not accept coupons, without offering any explanation, despite regularly sending me promotional mail.
I was having lunch at this restaurant when I noticed a fly hovering over the open meat and vegetables. The staff didn't seem to notice it or close the glass bowl. I won't be going back there.
I had a negative experience at this subway location due to the rude behavior of the short woman with tattoos on both arms who appears to be the manager. She and the other workers always seem to be overcharging and have an unfriendly attitude, especially during the lunch rush. It's clear that there needs to be new management in place at this restaurant.
Wentto buy a foot long Sub and Broccoli soup. The young lady told me they were from Broccoli soup. When requesting vegetables, etc., I noticed that the tomatoes saw soggy, lettuce saw as it usually white part. I had to make her go through the tomatoes to make good. I paid cash. She had no $5.00/10.00 invoices for change. The guy she asked for change told her five. I have 12 dollars. I'm complaining about all the problems I encountered. The young lady told me very rude that it wasn't her fault and went to the kitchen. We've been protecting this business for a long time, but we won't go back.
This has to be one of the BEST subways I've ever been to! I've visited frequently and each time my sandwich is SUPER! Freshly prepared and done to my liking. Very courteous people!
