フィードバックを提供するFrank is amazing! You don’t see Sonic employees on skates very often anymore, but this guy is all in! Not only does he keep the classic Sonic vibe alive, but he goes above and beyond. I was confused about why the patty melted, but thanks to Frank, I can still enjoy my favorite Sonic sandwich whenever I want. Make sure to show Frank some love for me!
I waited 30 minutes for my mobile order. When it finally arrived, half of the food was cold, and the other half never showed up. The carhop didn't come back or respond to the red button after that first delivery. Save your time and look elsewhere.
**Update:** I finally received my lunch a staggering 55 minutes after I placed the order! I was informed that my food had simply been sitting there. The girl who originally brought it out accidentally placed it in the wrong stall and then returned it to the kitchen. I genuinely don’t understand why it took them three tries to sort it out.
Eating was good and the server was polite. for light ice in the drink and got extra ice. also ordered a few dinges. space was clean, but müll could overflow with müll. I know these post-covid days to find their hard help so that takes into account. total good experience.
Came to this sonic tonight to get a milkshake showed up at around 9:50 and pulled up behind the car in front of me. got up to order at 9:58 and two minutes later this lady comes on and tells me they close at ten. i responded by saying i?d been here before ten waiting all i wanted was a milkshake can they just take my order. no response. very very rude. i get here before ten and don?t get to order. from other reviews it sounds like the people working here just don?t like to take peoples orders. lazy people who probably need to be fired from other reviews it sounds like this sonic has a pretty bad reputation unfortunately didn?t see that when i decided to go there tonight. plus it says they close at 12 on google maps safari and their website smh.
