The lack of cheese, looking at the empty spots, workers said it is because the cheese they put already put on a certain amount. That's one of them, the other pizza was the worst, empty bread over it. disappointed, took my 5 stars and turned it to 1.
Every time I visit this location, they don?t have any pizzas ready, usually there is a wait of 10 mins or more. Its not like i am asking for any custom order, why even call it hot n ready? Should be call hot n 20 minutes. Last time i try.
It was great! I ordered at the counter, paid and received my order. The pepperoni pizza was ready and hot. We definitely enjoyed it!
I got to this Little Cesar's about 30mins till they closed and I was waiting in the drive thru line for so long because they didn't have any pizzas available for the 3 cars ahead of me and the 4 cars behind me. When I finally got to the drive thru menu so they could take my order they told me that it would be about 10mins till they could have my pizzas ready. It was about to be 11pm when I placed my order so I waited about 15 more mins for my pizza. Overall I did not have a good customer experience this nite.
7-10-22 5:12PM at 104 East Griffin PKWY Mission TX 78572 I ordered a thin and crispy pizza and was given a 12 minute wait time in which I agreed. I was instructed to wait in the front of the store and somebody would take it out to me. 20 minutes passed and everyone else who was waiting got their orders except me. I again drove up to the window and asked for my ordered in which they told me it was already coming out. I waited another 15 minutes and nothing. I honked and nothing. I ended up having to call the store to ask for my order. The young lady shows up to the window opens the box and tells me the pizza messed up she opens the box and all the pizza toppings are smeared to the pizza box lid. I asked for my money back left. I called the store and spoke to a manager he said his name was Luis. He told me there was nothing he could do and kinda giggled. I asked for a customer service number and told me no one in the region knew it. In other words to bad so sad. Never offered a apology. I was not only waiting for my paid order for more than 40 minutes. But I was offered a pizza that probably fell that 's the reason why it was all smeared in the box. No freshness guaranteed whatsoever. Leaves me to wonder if throwing my pizza was done intentionally.
