El Pato Mexican Food - Mission

20 minutes waiting through the ride thru on 3 patos, ridiculous!! Then I come home and the four tortilla is not completely boiled. Never?

The food was excellent on June 25th, 2022. Whoever was cooking between 2 and 3 did a fantastic job. However, during our other visits, the food wasn't as good.

Called to get to the site before the time had my order wrong just shrunk and did nothing to fix it great work

Terrible service! I didn't have to go down because she never rushed on the car thru and now I see why she did?

I went through the drive-thruI Andthe team leader was very rude to me at the window. I told him my eggs had green hot peppers in it that I didn't ask for. He didn't apologize or ask to change the order. He was belligerent and arguing w me. I refused to finish my experience w him and asked a lady to finish my order. She was very apologetic. And understood my situation. Team leader at 1123 am order #244
