When I asked if he could replace the vegetables, he stopped and looked at me, asking, "Why?" This young guy had a serious attitude! I explained the situation, but he retorted, "Isn't this what you wanted?" We went back and forth for a bit, and then he started laughing with another employee while looking at me. I couldn't believe it; some kids these days can be so rude. I know not all are like that, but still. Finally, the other worker stepped in and apologized, saying, "I'm so sorry about that; we'll make you a new sandwich." I thanked him, as I had only asked to replace the vegetables! I appreciated the other worker's good customer service, which is exactly how Semaj or Semal should have handled the situation. I won't be returning to this Subway again!
We live just across the street on El Toro Rd and this has always been our favorite spot. However, the owner was unhelpful when I tried to use the app for a special, as it kept locking up my phone. So, I decided to go to the location on Alicia Pkwy instead, where I received a discount and enjoyed two very delicious footlongs.
The staff here is outstanding! They are very friendly and make fantastic sandwiches. I've tried several other sandwich places, but I prefer coming here. Keep up the great work!
Like most Subway locations, the food is good and the place is quite clean. I do wish that when you order through the app and pay in advance, the restaurant would have the order ready for you. They do acknowledge your payment and provide a receipt, but you still have to wait for your meal to be prepared.
