Sushi Te -  Mission,

Awesome rolls, very tasty! Good location and great service as well. Overall, happy w this place. Look forward to going back!

My son and I both ordered the "regular" chirashi don. Served with a cup of miso soup.Wow! Fantastic! Large thick cuts of fish! Surf clam, octopus, salmon, tuna, salmon roe, other fish cuts, egg. Super delicious!!! Wish this restaurant was located close to our home. We'd be eating here all the time!

We ordered take out, the food was made promptly, the mixed tempura was crisp and perfectly cooked, the sushi rolls were not as good as a lot of Japanese restaurants but was okay.

En route from Abbotsford to Vancouver to catch a plane for Los Angeles, we stopped by a highway town in Mission for a break. Craving for some Asian food we chose Sushi Te. Running through the menu, my wife and I decided to share a lunch set combination of tempura, sashimi, sushi and grilled salmon and other incidentals. My son and family ordered other dishes. Overall our meals were very satisfying and tasty. The best are the fish and seafood cuts in the sashimi and sushi, generous in size and portion. It satisfied our palate for some familiar food. My only complain is the family table sitting arrangement which made it very difficult to move in/out of the inner seats.

I originally wrote a review giving you some feedback about your lack of customer service but when I came back to see if there was any feedback regarding the comments I made my review could not be found. As I mentioned before in my review of my visit. Your food has always been great but your service staff need to be trained a lot better. I came in to pick up my order and stood right by you p.o.s system for 7 minutes without even being acknowledged. There were 3 servers on and only 5 tables in your restaurant. A simple "be right with you" would have been great! Yet instead your wait staff continuously walked by me (they were not busy) without even saying "can I help you". With three servers on they should EASILY be able to handle the volume of people you had in at that time as well as a someone picking up an order. I pick food up from your restaurant all the time and as I said the foods always been good but great food can only go so far. The fact that you deleted or reported my original complaint which wasn't inappropriate at all shows you don't care about your guests or the experiences they had at your restaurant. Reviews should be used as constructive criticism. I'm not looking for any discounts or anything but a response was definitely needed instead of removing my comment entirely. I would have come back to try your restaurant but after this I won't be back. You don't care about your guests and clearly don't care to listen to some pretty obvious issues. I wish you the best but hopefully you'll learn going forward.
