McDonald's -  Mission,

The food at McDonald's remains consistent as expected, but the service has noticeably declined since the introduction of online orders and delivery services. This has resulted in longer wait times for customers who are not utilizing these methods of ordering. It seems that despite making significantly more money, the staff levels have not been increased to accommodate the higher demand. If you choose not to order online or through the drive-thru, be prepared to wait longer as you may not be a priority to the staff.

Disgusting.. I saw a lady playing on her phone, And then prepare food. Without washing her hands.. When I called her out on it, She was very confrontational. I know it's just a mcdonald's but this business Is horrible and I will literally drive to abbottsford to get mcdonald's.Disgusting customer service.

The food keeps leaking hard to wait they take a whole 15 mins for a simple order and the food keeps dropping out of the bag..

We come to this location every weekend as we enjoy their breakfast and coffee. The past 4-5 times we’ve gone it’s been a bad experience. Drive thru staff are rude, Orders are made wrong. This time I discovered someone took a bite of the hashbrown before bagging it for us. Needless to say this was the last straw and we won’t be back again

Health inspector needs to come here, extremely dirty restaurant. Few homeless people too with a dog inside. Dirty everywhere, especially bathrooms. Wouldn't come back to this location.
