Great spin on Mexican food. Best burritos, tacos and other Mexican style dishes but with a twist. Great value with huge portions and amazing sauces. Super fresh great food in a cute

We 've been feeding our 4 year old daughter 3 meals a day, 7 days a week at Rocky Mountain Taco for about 3 years now. It 's paying off; she recently put down her first no hander double backflip over at the Minturn Bike Park and likes to practice naming all of the worlds capital cities while completing a rubiks cube blindfolded while waiting for her order (although, the order buzzer usually interrupts her before she gets to Dublin).Sure, she generally smells like mild chipotle sauce and names all her stuffed animals Mark , but that comes with the territory of having the World 's Most Best neighbors a few doors down. We wouldn 't have it any other way and it sure beats anything else we could cook at home.

After placing a order of 11 tacos total here, we waited 45 minutes, had to remind the chef of our order, and watched the kitchen START making our tacos after that. But OMG, they were SO GOOD! If you go, get the Pork Carnita tacos! ? Annoying experience but good food.UPDATE: After seeing the owner's response, I will NOT be coming back here again. So thrilled they enjoyed the customer's money they complained about tho : *Lowering my review from 3 stars to one in this update. I will also be updating this on my Vail travel blog post, with a very low recommendation*

Quite nice taco and very reasonable price.Parking: We arrived at 11am and street parking are plentiful
