Marco's Pizza - Mint Hill

No hair nets?! The boxes were not completely closed when picking up. I had to ask the employees to close the boxes so that the food would not fail; they didn't know how I did it myself. Delicious pizza.

0/2 ordering here. 1st time kids and I waited in the car for 45 mins after being told about 15 more minutes when we arrived. Today they had 1 employee answering the phone, ringing people up and making pizza. Grubhub had to cancel order because driver could not wait. Order had not even been started by the time they arrived. Would not recommend.

The pizza was pretty good and that was my reason for the 2 stars. I was curious when we pulled up as to why it was so empty inside when the other pizza place is always packed. Upon entry, it was just dry service all the way through. I have never been to a Marcos so I genuinely had no clue what they sold other than pizza. It wasn't until a few minutes into ordering that I realized they have other items because the other portion of the menu was not turned on until after I had already ordered. We had to buy the bottle drinks because at first we were told they didn't have cups only to find out they have cups the drink machine is just broken.The guy at the counter came across as dry not sure if it was from boredom or just didn't want to be there. I'm not sure why the pizza was bought to the table in a Togo box since we were dining in but maybe that's their thing. It was just a very strange and unwelcoming experience for us.

Marcos is continually moving up the ranks with their pie! We love pizza but had never tried theirs. Thank you to our 15yr old for being so persistent... it's the cheese for me. And the fact that is piping hot on arrival. All the meats is great and OH MY to the pepperoni ham. Thanks for a fantastic meal, Marcos!

They make OK pizza but literally every single time I order here they mess something up. Today I straight-up got an empty box from them, which is probably the worst screw up so far. And good quality has been going down too. I give it two stars instead of one because they always fix their mistakes, but this shouldn?t be a constant thing.
