Burger King - Mint Hill

We visit this restaurant two to three times a month, and we've consistently enjoyed prompt service and delicious food. Our meals always arrive hot and flavorful. There were a couple of occasions when I added a bit of extra salt to the fries. Most of the time, we use the drive-thru, which has been excellent. During the few times we've dined in, the staff has been courteous, quick, and friendly. Both the restaurant and the restrooms are kept clean.

I always have a quick and enjoyable experience at this restaurant. The food is consistently excellent, and I make it a point to visit at least once a week for my Cheeseburg Monger.

Not too shabby; the management put in a lot of effort to resolve my issue.

A year ago, I would have said this is one of the best shops in the area. Not anymore. Waited a fixed 1 minute to place my order. Personal questions must be overcome. The cashier gave ice to the beverage machine and a young lady who didn't do anything, let her know I was standing there. The cashier cried back and said she was busy. A whole lot of attitude was displayed before the management that did nothing since they were busy. When I was acknowledged and addressed, the young lady who did nothing had a great attitude to my order. I just walked out. Sad to see how far they fell off.

This Burger King is hit or miss. Sometimes food is good sometimes not so much. Service is always friendly.
