フィードバックを提供するI used the drive-thru to order the frozen Mango Dragonfruit drink, but they didn't have all the necessary ingredients. The staff member asked if I wanted the regular version instead, so I went ahead and ordered that along with two pastries and some egg bites. When I reached the window, I was handed a very yellow drink and found out that it was a pineapple drink. I asked her if it was the Mango Dragonfruit drink, but she apologized and offered to make me a new one, so I pulled around to wait for it. Another employee brought out my drink, and while it wasn't pink, I remembered that I had once received a Mango Dragonfruit that looked similar because of missing ingredients. Since I had strawberries added, I didn't think much of the color at the time and drove off. However, after trying it, I realized it must be one of the new drinks, likely the Passionfruit. Although it wasn't what I wanted, I have to admit it's not bad. Still, I'm disappointed that I didn't get my Mango Dragonfruit.
The staff is wonderful, and the restaurant is exceptionally clean. My only concern is that the taste of the iced coffee has changed from what it used to be.
On the day I visited, they had a list of items that were unavailable because their delivery truck didn't arrive. While it's understandable that this wasn't their fault, it was still a bit inconvenient.
Never had an issue with this location. They are always super nice and the cup selection is always great. The wait is usually shorter than the Broadway location as well. Always the number one Starbucks to hit up in town.
Batista helped me figure out what drink to try since my go to isn't around anymore. Awesome
