Panera Bread - Minot

I absolutely love working here! After my shift, I ordered the macaroni bread bowl with a baguette, and I also bought a whole baguette. My order was fantastic! I can't get enough of this place!

The food is excellent, except for the pasta dishes. The service could be faster; it seems like having just two registers isn’t enough. Also, why isn't the fireplace on? It’s just 5 degrees outside! The fireplace is a major selling point for your restaurant, and it’s quite odd that it’s turned off.

This restaurant did not meet my expectations. I found the bread to be hard and overly chewy, which I didn't enjoy. The macaroni and cheese was dry and not what I had hoped for. Overall, the food felt expensive and not worth the price. The blueberry muffin had a thick layer of hard sugar on top, which was unappealing. Considering what I paid, I could have had a steak dinner that I would have preferred much more. What I ended up with was just a small sandwich, macaroni and cheese, and the muffin. I don't think I'll be returning.

When we ordered, they said they were out of baguettes. Minutes later, while waiting for our food, they pulled fresh baguettes from the oven. I asked if we could get the baguettes and they stated, No, those are for tomorrow. So I asked, How are thecustomers tomorrow more important than today 's customers? To which Shaun replied, That 's are policy. Wow some kind of policywhere we don 't take care of our current customers.
