For the 5-course valentine dinner. when we sat first, our waitress was very nice and was quick to delete our teller and bring the next cure. After the third cure she disappeared completely and had not yet asked us what we wanted for the free bottle, we should get it. she finally came back and got our wee while others had their first cures. the man who had set us took our teller and a busser brought us our next dishes. we saw how she helped others tables, but never again came to us the rest of the night and random people brought our new dishes and clearly our tellers. our table was released by our last court without coming for or thanking everything. we just got up and after 20 minutes no one who told us something. as we walk out of the weepings that are before us, gave us a quick look, but didn't tell us anything. a simple good look would have been nice, especially because they were not busy and we had spent so much for this experience. the beginning was phenomenal and had a great look unfortunately the staff near the end we are quite rude and gave a bad taste to the end of the night.

Much too expensive for what they get. solid menu and clearly prepared away also in advance.

What a great experience that eat, the service that is very hard to beat!

Very good food and many possibilities for Thanksgiving buffet . the staff came slowly to our table but overall good experience. beautiful location.

Not quite was I was expecting. The food was good with the exception of the desserts. The views were fun. The service was subpar. First we were seated and told there were no tables for five by the window while we observed an empty table by the window throughout the time of our visit. The table wasn’t cleared and another server left a dirty table and bus tray on the table beside us for the duration of our stay. Our server stopped by after a wait if 5-10 and then stopped only once so we never ordered drinks. I’m assuming this is a great event venue but not so much for Thanksgiving brunch. The coat check guy was fabulous!
