フィードバックを提供するI found a small piece of chicken in my Kung Pao! Can I share a photo of it?
The service at this location was absolutely terrible. My friends and I placed a mobile order for National Orange Chicken Day to skip the lines. However, upon our arrival, we were met by Vanay, who was quite rude and dismissive. She told us there was no food available and that our orders wouldn’t be ready for 30 minutes to an hour. To make matters worse, they refused to cancel our orders for a refund. When I asked to speak with a manager, she claimed that the manager was not in the store and didn’t provide any way to contact them. I would strongly recommend that everyone seek out other dining options and avoid this place at all costs.
The portions were significantly smaller compared to other Panda Express locations. It was really disappointing; I won’t be returning here.
Usually the staff here is very friendly, but today I had a terrible experience. There was a minimal amount of beef and broccoli with barley of any beef that I asked if there was a fresh batch, instead of adding the old batch to the fresh and serving me, it consisted only with the old batch. It was very rude and pushed my food to me instead of giving it to me. If you don't like your job, quit, but don't force your terrible temperament to the students. I AM DONE eats in this facility
This Panda Express location gave me the worst food poisoning I have ever experienced in my life? I am recovering IBS survivor yet eating their orange chicken made me bedbound for a week with stomach pain
