Mcdonald's - Minneapolis

Professional, courteous staff and clean restaurant. there was a simple mix in an hour. I called the restaurant and the manager treated it fast, painless, and I will be here a customer for all my simple cheeseburgers with a medium foam.

I was using a walking stick as I was entering this location. I was very appreciative of an employee in a red McDonald's shirt, whom was clearly outside on a break, sprinting across the parking lot to hold the doors for me. Kudos on an exemplary employee. I generally would not review a McDonalds as we are all pretty familiar with them however I find this particular location to generally get orders correct and to have courteous employees of which the above action is a prime example.

Employees are very nice and respectful. Inside dining is open at this location unlike other McDonald’s locations in the area due to Covid. The restaurant was recently updated very modern. The employees frequently are sanitizing, wiping down tables, pop dispensers, children’s high chairs ect. Cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been to.

I couldn't resist stopping here for a good snack around dinner time. Especially with the classic looking McDonald's. I mean it not only looks so retro, but I stopped at the right time, as I was getting hungry. Of course the inside has an updated look that has a futuristic feel to it. Of course I only wanted a small meal/snack so I opted for a four piece chicken nuggets with some soda. Of course once I ordered at the counter, my food didn't even take more than five minutes. Not only were they prompt, but they were really friendly as well. What I liked was not only how crunchy and freshly made they were, but I forgot how small they were. Perfect for dunking in some bbq sauce. I do have to admit it would actually be fun to go back again sometime.

Good was quick and hot but the staff seemed to just be going through the motions A hi or thank you would be nice. Service should mean something even though I 'm aware of the staffing issues all over.
