The butternut squash soup was hearty and flavorful, the salads were delicious with a perfect blend of candied walnuts, greens, and shaved Gorgonzola cheese. The cheese ravioli was crisp and came with pesto and marinara sauces for added flavor. The service was quick and efficient.
I am unsure of what happened here. The service was very poor. We have tried this restaurant a few times this year and have been disappointed each time. There was no interaction after we were seated, the server never offered to refill our drinks or check on us, and it was difficult to get the bill. It seemed like the server had many other tables around us. The overall experience at this restaurant has been consistently declining over the past few years. We will be taking our dining dollars elsewhere next time we are in the area for a performance.
We arrived at 5:45 for a 7:00 show and that was just enough time. I noticed that many people arrived after us and were quite upset at how long it took to get their food before the show. Our waiter was very nice and helpful. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and main courses. It took a while for our drinks to arrive at the table. Our appetizers - a melon dish with goat cheese and spicy cauliflower - were well-prepared. My lobster sandwich was decent, but the taste of the lobster was somehow lost in the preparation. My wife really enjoyed her creole shrimp dish. I noticed that the staff seemed rather busy as the showtime approached. Perhaps, based on other reviews I've read, they might need more help during peak times. If guests do not want to feel rushed before the show, they should come early and make reservations.

We had both the short rib sandwich and the walleye sandwich. Both were bland and mushy. Walleye sandwich in Minnesota means a fillet, not tasteless bread crumbs mixed with some fish flakes on a large dry bun. The menu was lacking anything like a fresh fruit plate. No vegetables, and all seemed to be served with fries. nWe have enjoyed Level Five Cafe for the convenience before a show. This is the most disappointing meal we’ve ever had there. New chef, PLEASE.
