Davanni's Pizza Hot Hoagies

I had a tasty turkey hoagie at this restaurant and we also utilized the party room for a special event. It was the perfect place to host a party, with excellent food and service as always.

I was told 20 minutes for my order, but when I arrived, part of it wasn't ready. The lasagna I ordered was delayed by another 5 minutes. I finally received my food 25 minutes later, but it was cold due to sitting under the heat lamp for too long. The front cashier seemed to be struggling with taking and fulfilling orders. I mentioned that I likely won't be returning. This Davanni's location in Coon Rapids seems to be declining in quality.

I visited this restaurant when it was not very busy. The staff, comprising teenage girls manning the register, came off as somewhat rude. The prices of the food were excessively high, and the quality was just average. The pizza crust was dry and unappetizing, with minimal cheese topping. The garlic cheese bread was undercooked and soggy. The cups and lids provided did not fit properly. The pasta was unremarkable, consisting of bland noodles drenched in oily sauce.

The quality of the food has become worse and worse. Ordered penne with sausage and cheese bread. Received penne in sauce no meat and soggy bread with little to no cheese. Customer service had no care to receiver me the correct items and I got $14 back on a $40 meal!

Won't deliver if needing change for 100 on a 50 dollar order unrealistic with comodaties and prices now a days .. business should have to, especially upon request have to make change for legal tender, on any denomination of bills especially when needing to break a 100.. you have sadly lost my business
