I have a disability and they refused to serve me food because they couldn't understand me, even though I had my order number. I saw my food ready and I tried to grab it, but the manager snatched it away from me and called me derogatory names like "retarded monkey" because of my islander descent. It hurt more because being called a monkey is racist. The man had a mullet and was wearing a mask.
