7-eleven - Milwaukie

So clean and the best customer service. This is literally the best 7-11 I have ever been to. I drive out of my way for these guys.

They had a bag of chips marked on the bag 1.49 and they tried to charge me 2.18. That is a .69 cent mark up. They argued with me almost to the point of my leaving without making the purchase. Not to mention I go to this store regularly! He kept saying he had to charge whatever the register rang up! Finally he sold it to me at the price on the bag. Implied this is a once only correction due to their policy! If this happens to me again, I will never shop there again !!!!!! Pass this on to the store please.

Graveyard shift employee is beyond Rude. From the minute I walked in the building I felt bad energy. When I went to pay he did not greet me but rather grunted that he had to help me. When I was short change I went to use give change get change (or so I thought it was that) and the clerk looks at me while picking up change tray and throwing it down saying “you can’t use that”. I then realized it was a donation tray and began to apologize but the clerk said something derogatory as well as “forget it man” throwing his arms up and proceeded to walk away from helping me. I tried to explain it was a simple mistake but he wouldn’t come back from the back to finish my transaction. I just stood there dumbfounded. I then began to yell back to him that his customer service lacked any decency and left a $5 on counter for the $1.69 coffee and left while yelling to the back that he can give my change to the donation tray. I will never give that 711 my business again. Horrible experience and for what a simple mistake..come on man get a new job if you hate your current one soo bad!

The store is very clean, and I only know of two others like it. Thank you for your excellent service!
