Wendy's - Milwaukee

The food here is consistently delicious, and it's great to support a local establishment. However, the service could be improved at times.

Could not go in even to order. Drive through took forever!

Went through the drive thru and the wait was not excessive and the food was good and hot.

I had the worst experience ever at Wendy's during a trip out of town with my daughter and grandchildren for her birthday weekend. I ordered three Biggie Bags and one Four for Four, but the sandwiches were poorly made and messy, and they were even cold. The chicken nuggets were hard, cold, and shriveled, and the French fries were burnt and not fresh at all. I regularly eat the Four for Four on the north side, and their food is always fresh. This was an awful experience. The supervisor, Monica, tried to address the situation, but it still ruined our lunch. She mentioned it was due to a lunch rush, but that’s no excuse for serving cold food! One of our ice creams had a lid, while the other didn't, which made me worry about contamination from the long line of people inside. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I won't be returning!

My entire order was incorrect. It was my first time using Tordash delivery, so I wasn't able to be there in person, and everything was wrong. I ordered the Dave Double, but I received a Dave Single instead. I asked for a small fry, but got a large one that was only half full. I ordered regular nuggets with grill sauce, but received hot nuggets without any sauce at all. Lastly, I requested sweet tea and received unsweetened tea instead. Overall, I was really disappointed.
