フィードバックを提供するFirst photo was December 2021, and the second photo is from 2016 the same spicy ram shell. I always loved it and every time. this time I tried it and the pig was dissatisfied, and only shredded carrots and green tweepers as jump, the broth didn't even taste the same. it was empty and disappointing. in 2016 the ramen had seaweed, enoki mushrooms, carrots, green tweepers and probably more. I don't think I'm going back.
The first and last time there. they stole more money without my approval. we waited 30 minutes until a server collects our order for food and drinks. eating is like a stylish restaurant too expensive and it should not be because I can make eating home honest. the flesh is not just a flesh and not well seasoned. there are much better restaurants in this opposite and they don't even calculate that much for good eating. skip this restaurant there is another Korean restaurant on the third station that is better.
We came without masks and missed the sign. the waiter-barrows talked to us and said we need masks. no generousness, we went and returned with masks. then became literally next to a group of people when there were so many open distant spots. art of ironic stickers to be over masks, but put their customers right next to another group with like 3 ft distance. whatever, still not too big. but we ordered and found a long part blonde haare in my eating. I have short black hairs. I made this up to the attention of the waitress and asked if she could take the court off the bill, as I only took a few bites so far. She said she'll see what she can do. later she comes back and says they can take off 10%. I was kind of shocked that this was the only solution she had, but not really wanted to make a big thing, as I knew I wouldn't return in the future anyway. So I agreed to it and my gf continued to end her court. we have the bill and they have only taken 10% off the court. So the $16 dollar court, they took $1.60 to compensate the hair in my eating. could not even make the whole bill. lol i was totally shocked how cheap the owners are. would not recommend anyone.
The waitress was a little rude. it didn't feel like she was trying to take us. I love bibimbap, but don't like it in a hot stone bowl and I asked if I can just get it in a regular bowl and she said "we can't do it." ummm. they can't just get all the same ingredients in a normal bowl? I guess eating was okay. rice was over boiled and muddy. rice cakes were very boiled. poor service in general. our bill has been divided and she has done a terrible work to get every bill right.

Brought this up to the waitress’s attention and asked if she could take off the dish from the bill as I only took a few bites so far only. She said she will see what she can do. Later she comes back and says they can take 10% off. I was kind of shocked that that was the only resolution they had but didn’t really want to make a big deal since I knew I wasn’t going to be returning in the future anyways. So I just agreed with it and my gf continued to finish her dish. We got the bill and they took off 10% from the dish only… so the $16 dollar dish, they took off $1.60 to compensate for the hair in my food. Couldn’t even do the whole bill. Lol I was utterly shocked at how cheap the owners are. Would not recommend to anyone.
