Starbucks - Milwaukee

While I don't even drink coffee, I visit this store often not only for their amazing Lemon Loaf but for a good laugh. The staff there is always so upbeat and make me smile! Between the friendliness and the yumminess it makes my day!!!

Everything I ordered was made well. Polite and friendly staff. There was 2 things that were less than ideal at this location. There are only 2 tiny tables if you're thinking of sitting down so I'm guessing it'll be 50/50 whether or not either will be available. Lastly, it's located inside of a hotel lobby and all the doors say key card needed for entry when in fact the far right door was unlocked. Some type of clear signage for the entrance would be a definite upgrade. ????????

Normally I?d rate a Starbucks 5 stars, but this location, at all hours, has some of the worst service I?ve ever experienced. We live nearby, so this is our typical location when we want to walk to get coffee, but we will often opt to drive elsewhere due to the poor service (baristas on their phones while on the job, slow service, etc? .

Ordered a drink and didn't like it. The manager Kayla saw my face when I was drinking it. She came to my table and offered to remake my drink. Thank you Kayla for making my experience at this location amazing
